By advancing community health initiatives with other organizations, QueensCare extends its reach and amplifies its collective impact.

QueensCare makes grants to 501(c)3 nonprofit agencies providing healthcare services to low-income residents of Los Angeles County. Most funding is awarded to programs serving individuals and families residing in QueensCare’s Primary and Secondary Service Areas. Applications must align with the healthcare purpose of one or more of QueensCare’s 13 Funds. QueensCare gives preference to agencies that have operated successfully for at least three years.
